Care Mentors
Process And Forms
Process And Forms
Second only to prayer, having a care mentor or becoming a Care Mentor may be one of the most meaningful supports we offer caregivers. We consider this life-giving role with sincerity and confidentiality.
Care Mentors bring proven Christian character, a deep faith, personal caregiving experience, a compassionate heart, and strong listening skills. The time commitment is flexible and shaped by your availability and the mutual agreement established with your care mentor.
To get us started, we need to set some ground rules to protect all of us from the risks of misunderstanding, as well as those who may wish to harm caregivers and care mentors. For this reason, all those involved in meaningful relationships MUST complete and agree to all the terms of the attached confidentiality and liability agreement.
Once done, please give us some information to help us provide the most effective care mentoring relationship.
