Frequently Asked Questions
Who is considered a caregiver?
A: A caregiver is anyone who regularly supports a family member, friend, or neighbour due to illness, disability, aging, or another health condition.
Is there a cost to participate?
A: No. Our webinars, prayer support, caregiver mentorship, and all of our resources are offered free of charge.
Is there an age requirement to participate?
A: No. Caregivers of all ages are welcome. For participants under the age of 18, parent or guardian consent may be required before participating in certain programs or services.
What if I can’t make the next webinar?
A: No problem. We host a free webinar on the last Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM (ET). Simply register for a future session that works best for you on our event page here.
Are my prayer requests confidential?
A: Absolutely! All prayer requests are treated with care and confidentiality and are shared only with those directly involved in our prayer ministry, unless there is a concern for someone’s immediate safety.
How can my church get involved?
A: We partner with churches to better support caregivers through training, mentorship and practical resources. We’d love to learn about your church and explore an approach that best fits your congregation and ministry. If you’re part of a church community, we’d be happy to help you introduce this ministry to your church leaders.
